When can I preview and download my video?
After a paid generation succeeds, its owner can preview and download the MP4 without another payment, even when the remaining balance is zero. Public licensed style references can be watched before purchase. No free personalized preview is generated.
What happens if generation fails?
A failed generation returns consumed credits to their original sources. A technically successful result may still differ from your expectations; contact support with the job identifier for help. Credit returns do not automatically reverse a card payment.
Do my credits expire?
Monthly credits expire at the end of the current monthly billing cycle. Annual credits arrive at once and remain valid through the current annual billing cycle. One-time credits never expire. Buying another plan does not erase an existing balance.
Do subscriptions renew automatically? How do I cancel?
Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew until canceled. Cancel through your account billing page; the current paid cycle remains valid. One-time packs have no renewal.
